Attorneys are employed to make problems go away, preferable pre-emptively, and least preferably through an overpriced Kabuki dance of posturing egomaniacs on both sides. If you have been in litigation before, you probably know what I mean. I am an advocate for my clients’ best interests. I never loses sight of the bottom line for business clients. I try to think like your CFO:attorney fees are an expense, what asset did we acquire or what liability did we reduce?I communicate frequently and directly with his clients through email with detailed letters as attachments. My clients have access to my time and billing records in near-real-time through their individual, encrypted accounts via Practice Panther. My clients have the ability to schedule or reschedule a callor meeting through Calendly.
